DB crash on startup

DB crashes on startup, immediately after I login windows says DB has stopped responding. Entire log file is

Don't have anything to go on idk what to do. Tried reinstalling getting rid of plugins etc, happened after I clean reinstalled to the latest beta because the version I was running on started having issues. Run windows 7

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
