DB Can't start

Hi ppl, im new here, just buy db run game and run DB and get that log:

make a new DB installation from scratch and let me know

So clean install , make game run in window mode, log for char, open DB input pass and same:

Have Windows 7 x64 all .NET and Visual are install...
PS Diasable NOD32 and still same -_-

make sure you are running both D3 (exe) and DB as admin
do you have any 3rd party D3 hacks/programs/tools enabled?

Del diablo fonts + dark textures and it's work. It ok for bot, but when i wanna play i need them back heh. So can i make 2 copys of d3 folder for bot and for me playing?
