DB app closes down before attaching

just downloaded the app, entered key, ran app as admin and DB closes down before attaching to game log attached.
running a windows parallels app on mac fyi.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

remove from where precisely? sorry I need a bit of hand holding here my first bot try ever. thanks a lot.

feeling stupid a bit control panel uninstall I presume.
