Get there: Take portal to twilight highlands and flightpath to the gullet then start profile.

Note: it sells everything in bags except the 2 pets so better only have hearthstone in bags when running this profile.
Note2: if you havent completed the quests in twilight highlands you will run into 3 mobs with 116k hp each.
