d3 video/audio settings

what settings to set to minimize cpu/video card usage? currently im using windows with all effects low, no sound, and 40fps max background and foreground.. is there anything else tweakable

"your documents folder" hmm could that be "documents"? lets click that.. okay...
theres a diablo 3 folder here, i wonder if hes talking about that.. lets check inside.
okay it has a folder with screenshot and a file called "D3Prefs.txt" well we know D3 is diablo 3.. i wonder if Prefs means preferences?

oh look its a text file that looks as though it saves our diablo 3 preferences, maybe we can tweak it!
