Which do you guys think is the best option for making a little extra money?

Problems I forsee with D3:
Continually dropping gold prices down to the point where it no longer becomes an option. If gold drops below 3-4 a mill its pretty much pointless.
Additionally D3 will eventually be so oversaturated with gold that farming items is going to be the only way to make any money, and gold will become just as worthless as it was in D2.

Obviously that means you have to have a very well geared character on every account you're farming on, and they have to be able to some how farm inferno content.

Problems with WoW:
Gold prices are probably already fairly low. Haven't kept up with it recently, but making gold in WoW was always a little more work than D3. You don't just straight farm gold you have to farm mats or something and then deal with trying to sell the all.

Monthly fee

Takes more time to get a character up high enough on a new account to farm.

- It's most expensive being banned on WoW.
- If D3 implements RMAH, you can sell gold/mats/items for $ direct.

WoW
- You go nuts trying to convert mats to gold and then trying to sell them.

- Sell mats to AH, then "make the gold untraceable by Warden", contact the China Middlemen, then wait for them to contact them their 2nd party buyers, transfer the gold to them 1-by-1, take Screenshots for each transfer, wait for China Middlemen to verify SS, once verified only will the $ be cashed into your account.

- WoW: Looking at how small the amounts like 5K gold each 1st buyer orders from the China Middlemen, and if you have 1M gold to sell, you end up making numerous transactions, taking at least 6-8 hours and only selling 50% of the 1M gold, after that, Warden autobans what ever is left untraded.

Right, I'm going to stick to D3 for now but in the future I don't know whats going to happen.

Which online payment method is the best? I know Paypal is REALLY GAY about having no seller protection for virtual goods, whats the best choice/option?

Also, if you do use PP, what % of your profits do you save just for charge backs?

I suspect if you bot well enough and get enough gear you will eventually be able to bot acts relatively easily. (especially if they end up going with no increase inc damage from mobs in groups) then just have 4 bots run together and roflstomp crap.

this might be a bit more tricky on hardcore but on normal...meh.

Don't forget that you will also be able to get act 4 gear in act 1 so you could just keep destroying act 1 ridiculously fast.

Super easy to reach max level in a day in D3. Everyone is complaining on gold prices skyrocketing down, but i suspect bots will just move from gf to mf gear as items are much more stable (plus the materials from blues). In 1.03 patch they will make rares in act 1 and 2 have a 2% chance of of being i63 items, meaning pot farming in royal crypts just got a lot better and will now scale with gold inflation (royal crypts dont require big investments on gear too).
