D3 lagging when running DB

Hi!
IT have bought the trial version of DB to try it out. But every 10-20 sec the FPS dropps for 1 sec and that makes the screen freeze/tear and that makes DB out of sync from diablo and that causes the bot to run back and forth abit(stops up and runs back abit to then run again).
I have put forground/background to 100, i have also set the priority to high. But still have that problem. I am using the newest beta build and trinity 1.8.6.

Have tried both:

I have also tried lovering all the graphics to lowest, and turned off shadows.

I am using windows 7-64 bit and I have quad core i7, and SATA disk and some good graphics card, so there shouldnt be any problems.
The game works just fine when DB is not running. I have also tried turning off my antivirus.

I have installed the new trinity, but the FPS still random dropps when running DB
