D3 freezes

Hello DB forum <3

Whenever I play CS:GO, window mode, fullscreen window mode or fullscreen my D3 freezes.
Anyone have any idea what's wrong or could be wrong ?

- And I can ensure that, its not the hardware that is too "low"

By myself freezes the screen also . when DB creates a new game comes down as usual .
On the Internet there are many possible reasons . but none can be so far to 100 % due to the fact .
