D3 freezes when making changes in demonbuddy

Seems like every time I change some settings in demonbuddy my D3 game freezes up for a few seconds to permanently. Is anyone else having this issue? I was using the latest stable version with trinity, questtools, armory, and ezupdater. also tried the latest beta with the same plugins.

I recall seeing this message in the log often right after lock ups
 
I scanned the log and while I really have no idea what any of this means or if it's even related I thought that this error looked particularly worrisome:
