D3 Crashing/ DB Log soon as I enter game

Have tried everything to fix Clean install of Everything, Lower Graphics, I have tried everything listed on forums. Could someone just explain what the error in my log means!
tried other version of trinity and quest tools also.

I thought it was just Hellrift bounty.. but its every profile..tested multiples
