D3 crashing after flashing Window

I used DB Wizard. Everything is fine.

Could the D3 debug file help?
 
do you have any 3rd part D3 hacks/tools/programs
 
I used a clean and fresh windows install and no other hacks. I only use a *** tool to tunnel the traffic from db.
 
can you disable it and try again plz?

I also have this problem.
I tried the Demonbuddy Wizard but I already have .net framework 4 and visual studio so I don't understand why it doesn't work. I tried while I was in the game, at the selection screen, in the menu, it's the same.
It's a fresh install, no other programs or addons.

make sure you run the wizard as admin
