D3 crashing 4-5 times a day when using DB

Hey guys, i'm not sure if I can post here since my problem is only with my PC because i've tryed on my laptop, and it ran flawlessly for 12 hours. It does not make the problem if i'm not running DB.
I always get the same error code when it crashes
here it is

or

Code: 
UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: ACCESS_VIOLATION (c0000096)

On my PC AND my Laptop, i use Demonbuddy v1.0.998.252 with Giles Trinity 1.5.2.2 and RadsAtom or RadsProfileManager depending of the profile i use.
The profile itself has nothing to do with the crash since it crashes with every profile i use.
I tryed sending a ticket to blizzard, and the guy told me to check his check-up list to see if i had all the latest drivers. I uninstalled my game then ran a registry clearner to remove any traces, then downloaded a fresh version from the web and let it update without playing till it was over. I checked my cpu temp when it was crashing, around 68-72 degrees. checked for viruses/spywares. Disabled my anti-virus. Updated my evga drivers to latests. Ran D3 on admin mode. Ran D3 on compatibility mode. Disabled any program running at the same time eg. EVGA precisionX (as the web site suggested it was interacting with D3). I told him i did everything in there, here's his response

I dove into the D3 Debug file and found the error causing issues.

<ERROR-0>
***** UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: PRIV_INSTRUCTION (c0000096)

It means the CPU has run into code which it was not allowed to execute because it wasn't in the proper internal stage, but that's not important. The installation and game files are corrupted. Uninstall and install the game.

After his crappy answer, i went on google and typed " UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: PRIV_INSTRUCTION (c0000096) " The second link i got was a copy/paste of the so called tech that is trying to help me. This crash is really starting to piss me off. Someone could give me some clues ?

i used to get so many d3 freezes, then i copied my d3 folder to USB flash drive and ran the game from there.. never since then ive crashed. just fyi

game also runs much smoother than if it runs from a HDD but if u have a SSD and u crash ..cant help ya
 
nope, still got the problem, just crashed again with the error code

lil update, i got a I7 CPU, i tryed to set the priority of D3 to High and also to set 4 CPU instead of all 7. Still making the problem.

so its here that crashes?
 
ok, ill try using radsprofilemanager instead on a supported profile but i've seen it crash on that plugin too
 
alright, just got the error again without using RadsAtom, i was using radsprofilemanager
i cut the fil a bit since it was higher than 1Mb, i've cut some stuff in the middle so you'll see the start and the end of the log

EDIT: i'll try a profile without any kind of profile switching to see if the profile switchers are crashing the game

Yeah I get this on my Laptop constantly, but not my PC.

I made a thread, but misplaced it and didn't post a log, but it seems it's the same situation for me;

What would possibly be causing RadsAtom and such to be making them crash this much?
I can't really bot for more than it takes the profile to finish as it generally crashes the client/DB when it ends the profile and goes to reset (when I reload the client and go to login, I end up at say; the Soulstone Chamber). But at the same time, it's not consistent every time you the profile resets as i've seen it run for multiple hours at a time. That said, that could be due to death and simply logging out for a manual reset before the profile ends.
 
no idea since it doesnt make the problem to everyone
at the moment, i am trying a profile that does not require any of those plug-in (radsatom or radsprofilemanager). I even deleted those plug-ins so it does not appear in my DB

make a new DB installation from scratch plz and also update Trinity
 
ill wait for my actual try to end, removed buddystats to try, ill make a fresh install of DB if its not working, you think i can put rads profile manager back ?
 
people reporting a lot of problems with rads stuff :(
 
I`m having these crashes too, started a similar thread a few weeks ago.

But yesterday something interessting happend: I attached the bot to my D3 and never hit the start button. Then I closed DB again but didn`t close D3. I joined a few games and then - while in the AH - the game crashed with the same Send-Report Dialog as always. Maybe this is helpfull.
 
did not get a crash since i've done a fresh install of DB, i only tryed with GilesTrinity though. Now trying with RadsAtom.
