d3 crashes with db

Win10 fresh install, latest DB. Nothing else, no conflicting programs etc. blizz app and blizzagent are killed when d3 starts before db.
I can't attach FULL log coz its size is 2.5mb.

Here is cut version beginning from the last successful town run.

Here is another night cut log, I know u want full, but this one cannot be uploaded even archived. Still I belive that useful information is in this cut log.
Apparently there are some problems with locations in new patch listed in log which cause client crash.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III\InspectorReporter\ReportedBugs
