update DB ,Trinity and Questools

updated them all including reinstalling .net framework and the c++ redistributables, still doing the same thing

any of the programs listed here BosslandGmbH:HelpDeskrograms that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products - The Buddy Wiki installed?

also disable the rest plugins and keep enabled only Trinity and Questools
