Can US WoW clients request evidence like EU cyber-laws?

While reading over the banwave QQ's and advice I read over some posts claiming that EU citizens have a cyber law that allows them to request the evidence used in executing a ban. Time, date, IP's, duration, character etc etc can be requested for general information as both evidence records and/or part of the appeal process.

Does anyone know if the US/States has something similar in law where we can request the evidence used in the decision to take action against an account? Or is the FIA about it :þ

Or are all subscribers tied and bound by the loosely worded EULA/ToS...

I thought GM's weren't to share such information?

Something similar to a FOIA request maybe? But I think those only work with the government, and they can censor anything that reveals sources and methods.

Gm cant share information over game cause they cant validate whom you are (atleast for EU)
Edit: Ah you were pointing out the image xD Well no they are not allowed to do that :P

Checkout this thread for info
Basically ToS/EULA does not thrump country laws.
