I Fixed CutPurse:
v 1.0.0.3
- Add Check we are not Ghost
- Clear Target to Buff

Now all Buffs should work fine

Installation
1. Put plugin folder folder into "HB/Plugins"
2. Check "CutPurse" in Plugin Menu.
