Custon Classes not showing up

I've been trying to use some of the different custom classes for various toons and none of them are showing only singular. What am i doing wrong

make sure you are not trying to use outdated CCs

I'm using thesaint for my pally and bowman 4.3 for my hunter are those outdated?

you can see the updated CCs under CC section

Honorbuddy has been rapidly releasing updates and even the smallest change can make the CC not show up. Try using the SVN releases and keeping them up to date.
