I was wondering if this exists, or If it would be possible.
You input item name / id into grindbot, and the Zone / Mobs to farm for the item and it'll sell / delete all items execpt the item you were farming.
I'm pretty sure that exists, through grindbot, but what about if you need to farm an item in a dungeon, and need to reset?

have a look at any of the farming profiles and you can customize those to your needs. If this item in particular is in a dungeon like you've pointed out, also take a look at the profiles that farm dungeons.
