Customer support just f$@#ed up my WHOLE account

To make things short i made a post about getting my old routines from my OLD ACCOUNT to my NEW account. I just bought the a new key a few days ago due to the life time changes and i had a new account and stuff set up because i dont have access to my old one which is about 5 years old. So I tell "Joro" To please transfer my old routines from my old account to the new one. So what he went ahead and did is MERGED MY NEW KEY BACK TO MY OLD ACCOUNT " mind you i have no access to the OLD account" So now every time i wanna get even a free routine I CANT Because theres no KEY IN MY NEW ACCOUNT. This Joro guy is constantly doing the wrong thing I'd prefer if tony or anyone else helped me with this... now i cant get any routine or anything what so ever. You should just answer the ticket and stick to it.
Because there are nobody here able to help you.

I agree with Freaky - don't complain here just reply to the ticket or open a new one. Plus the bot is down atm, so why cry about not having your routines.
 
I removed the image as I doubt you want anyone to know what your YouTube channel is.
Email support again and explain the situation. Explicitly state that you want Key X to go from AccountY to AccountZ.

Make sure to include your order number or transaction id as well.
