I been looking hard in the forum for this answer but I couldn't find it. Sorry for posting it if its been asked. So I understand that in order to keep specific legendary, you go through the item list and choose the legs with the stats you want. However, my question is in "item rules" tab under Use Rule Set. So I'm guessing if I choose Custom*RTFM, it'll only keep the items I specify. But what exactly does the other options mean, the soft and hard. If I use hard, does that mean it'll follow the rules 90% of the item but still pick up stuff on the side from time to time? Thanks for any input into this.
