Custom Routines only and not banned in the Banwave...

I am reluctant around using HB again, but WOW has no meaning for me anymore if I can't use CR's to raid or grind on Taanan Jungle. The point is: I didn't get caught on the banwave, either for not using the bot since late march and by only using it to quest and CR on Raid...

Was it pure luck for being away when their detection mode got activated or was it related to my low-profile use?! Any other case of players using only CRs who didn't get banned on the wave?!
