Custom classes (question)

is there any guide how to make my own custom class? didn't find any guide
for example i'm farming low lvl mobs and want my mage jsut to cast only Ice lance. mobs die after 1 cast.
now my mage do the following - stops, then casts fireball(or frost) it takes several seconds...i just want him to cast an instant cast (ice lance) without even stopping to move. is that real?
