Custom Class ?

What is the difference between Custom Class and lvl'ing profiles? for instance what do i load with the CC? normal mesh/xml?

CustomClasses tell your character what to do. What spells to cast, how to move, how to pull, how to buff.

Profiles tell your character where to go, and who to kill.

Its loaded automatically. You place the CC file into the CustomClass folder.
