curious about 4.3 update and HB

I was just curious if this will need updated because of todays patch that is going through. I am very new to HB so am unsure how often it needs updated. I know other sites when various games get updates the forums get flooded with people wondering when the bots will be back up. I was just curious about this because I have not seen anyone say anything about it here. Thank you in advance.
