Crystalized Items

When using Honorbuddy, is there any way to turn a Crystalized Fire into an Eternal Fire? I know you can create macros to use the item but how do I get the macro to run using Honorbuddy?

/cast shadowbolt
/use Crystalized Fire

HB does not support macros

You can probably do this with a plugin (hell, you can do it in the CC pretty easily too). Can't lootfilter do this too?
