Crusader spender skills are completely broken in recent builds of DB/Trinity

Crusader spender skills such as Fist of Heavens, Shield Bash, Sweep and etc. are completely non-functional in recent builds of DB/Trinity. Whenever you have one of those spenders, character ignore the skill completely. I reported this problem weeks ago in Trinity thread. I know most people no longer use these skills in their builds, but this is getting ridiculous. I've attached log file, ran bot for couple of minutes. Made clean installation of latest beta, then clean installation of EZUpdater and updated all plugins to most recent version.

Bot cast Haven's Fury and then just stands still with full Wrath bar doing nothing.
