crusader nerf?

I just noticed this, when did they increase akarat's CD to 90 seconds....

this is a HUGE nerf

i have 55% CDR and i have to wait like ~30 seconds before i can cast it again

Was it 60 second cooldown before?

It's always been 90 seconds, akkhan reduces it by half to 45 seconds and the magic number for perma akkhan is around 56% cdr which further cuts cooldown to 20 seconds.

Oh I'm dumb, the armory plugin swapped out my ring hahaha. Didn't have 4 piece bonus

I stopped using armory because of this.
It would suddenly decide to derp up and active auto-equip even if i have everything disabled.
Im sticking with Kadalaspree instead.
