Crossrealm zones and leveling

Hi people

How do u level on a pvp server with crossrealm zones? Every zone Im at is infested with lvl 90 horde running around killing every NPC and players they see. Running quest bot is really hard now because I get ganked all the time. BG has 17 min+ queue time at low lvl :S

Yea it can suck.. I try to only run the bot during off hours like 11pm until early morning and it goes pretty good. If that doesn't work I just use archaeology bot / run dungeons until I out level zone with all the ganking usually hellfire peninsula lol.
