Hello,

Will we be credited for the downtime caused by the auth server issues? If so how do we go about getting the credit?

Credit as in days added to the subscription that we were unable to use the product we paid for
 
Your license is a lifetime one, unless you are one the 1 day trial.
Don't expect to be credited with anything unless Bossland or an Admin decide to give you a gift (which may be unlikely)
 
lol seriously, theese guys work theyre asses off so that you can have fun irl while ur bot does all the hard work for you, just be thankful that you can for as cheap as 25 euros for a lifetime use theyre bot which has taken so much time and skill to develop.

Be a little thankful for god sakes and for HB developers im sorry you have to read things like this guy wrote keep up the good work!
 
I'm lifetime user too, I want it extended to Lifetime + 2 Days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111!!!!!1!!!1!!

Not sure if trolling or stupid... I didnt know we paid monthly subs... or are you asking for a % on your lifetime key?
 
Meh, I don't have $25 right now so I've bought a couple of 1 day passes recently. I will be getting the $25 package next month though!

Everyone who has experienced this issue should be credited unless they have a lifetime key there is not any terms outlined with the software like Blizzard's where 'Downtime' or issues are included in with the monthly/yearly fee

I understand your point about lifetime though

You would be correct, which means there are no terms that state they need to credit anything to anyone.

I understand completely, however as a good gesture to those who have went through the hell of HB working for an Hour and then it dies again, by no means THEY have to, but I meant it would be a good thing if they did
 
All these posts about authenticator down and shit...thanks for the laugh guys I needed that after a bad morning at work. (I'll be handing out tissues FREE for the next hour or so)

every key except 1 day trial is bascally lifetime, if you have bough HB a long time ago, u have lifetime, otherwise your key is valid for 10 years, can't u really live without bonus 1 week after 10years period?
