Creating my first rogue, ever.

Hello.
As some of you know, I'm fairly new to WoW, haven't tried all classes and such on retail yet though.
Played hunter and DK a lot, also warrior. None of them are "yeay, let's play" I'm afraid.

So, I got RAF with my mate and I'm currently botting on his account, so I'll start RAF botting instead.
Anyway, to my question.

What professions would be good to have?
I got these on other chars (all maxed): Mining (2x), Skinning, Blacksmithing, Jewelcrafting, Enchanting, Engineering, Herbalism.

So, what should I have on my new rogue?

rouge = french for red, makeup item
rogue = sneaky little bastard

You cant even get the class name right, why worry about professions?

You won't have any use of proffesions while RaF because you will lvl up to fast.

It is possible to play a character after level 85 you know.

Strongest profession atm Blacksmithing. Other one would use maybe Alch.

Jewelcrafting now is the lowest stat bonus, but come MOP it will be top again.

Or in which way you mean, "good to have"?

I was actually thinking of going a lot of BG and possibly Arena at a later point if I enjoy it as much as I hope I do.

Pvp? No way around engineering. Parachute and boost seems good enough.

PvP I'd go engineering/blacksmith.
