Creating CC's for Mr. Autofight

Hi I was looking for a way to create a custom class that I could use with Combat assist and Mr. Autofight (like the Lionheart CC for warriors) for different classes.
I just want to run a simple rotation - no rest at % or movement at all. Just run through the rotation, use buffs and 'if this procs use this'. I looked at the old posts but the link provided to the guide doesn't work anymore.

Could someone provide a link to creating this or better yet explain how this could be done?
