Twizted's Loot Rule Creator
Update 2/1/13 : Hey all sorry for not being on here have had health issues that has taken me away from the HB community.
I will be starting where I left off with the Loot Rule Creator
its going to be taking a little time but I hope to have it up and running asap. My course of action on this will be:
1.Fixing default drop down to none.
2.Add all Item Stats.
3.Making this Standalone(so no installation).
3.Hopefully making it able to open existing profiles.(not sure how this will work the program currently follows a set layout.)

Sorry I repeat myself alot in the video first tutorial I've made. Youtube version is up sorry its very dry but its another option from downloading.
I will also take any loot rules made prior to this issue and fix them for you.
Thank you all for baring with me have had health issues going on so sorry for the delay in a new release.
Starting:
Extract the winrar file and install the program will load after install.
To start the building your own loot rules just click the first drop down box it will auto populate the box on the right.
I will be adding a more in depth guide soon but I'm trying to make this as stable as possible.
The first time running it might be slow opening tabs once loaded it should run fairly smoothly.
Anyways have fun hope it helps.
Also wanted to put a special thanks out there for Brewmeister for helping me along the way with the coding.
Update: If anyone would like a feature that I'm not including please let me know and I will try to put it. I'm make sure all issues if any from here on out
are fixed before supporting more languages sorry. Also there is not an unistall button so you will need to go to add remove programs in your control panel to remove
if you are updating the program hopefully I will be able to make this updateable later. If anyone knows how to do this in c sharp would appreciate it.
