Crazy world lag on use of HB

When I use HB w/ Enyo and any routine(Tuanha, Gladiator, etc) - my Home MS is @ 36, but my world spikes to 1500-2k. In game i keep getting periods of lag and freezing.

This just recently began happening about 2-3 days ago. Never experienced this before, any ideas?

Just did a ICC xmog run using singular + enyo and was at a consistant 100 ms world and 50 home...both over double what they normally are.

Hb can not affect your connection tho

Reinstalling wow and will test again with fresh install and no ad-ons and try to troubleshoot from there.

Any idea what could be causing the crazy lag spikes and such? I have restarted my router several times, flushed my dns cache. Still the same problems.

the reinstallation should fix unless its a network issue
