Crazy Unstuck

So, I leave my toon botting and I alt tab off to work on some school work, watch some youtube videos, and over all be lazy. I check back and I notice he is insanely high in the air, so high in fact that I can't see the mounts of Sholozar or Icecrown. I check the Gatherbuddy output and I see this

Alarm: Crazy Unstick Move moving to waypoint: ( 5706.85, 5604.8, -26.09 )

He is slowly making his way back down, but this isnt the first time, he does this quite often.

Is there anyway I can fix this, and why does he do this o.o

All help greatly appreciated.
