I got the trial version(the $3.00 USD one) of hearthbuddy today and had it play some casuals and it worked fine, but when i sent it into the arena, it crashed mid game. When i tried to restart it, it said i had reached my max sessions and closed, then a few minutes later it opened itself up and worked fine. So i sent it back into the arena and it worked fine the first game, then in the second game it crashed halfway through again, so i tried to manually finish the game, but whenever i clicked anywhere on the hearthstone window it instantly ended my turn, so i had to force it closed in turn losing the game. It doesn't give me an error message when it crashes either, it just closes with no notice. The log attached are from the most recent crash. if you think the logs of the first crash would help ill post those too. I know that my computer has been having some RAM issues that i have no clue whats causing or how to fix, and it makes RAM intense games such as ESO crash, could that be causing my hearthbuddy to crash? if so any recommendations on how to fix it?

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

also check if you have any of the programs listed here
