crashing wow

make sure your wow addons are disabled and also clear the wow cache
 
I have cleared my cache turned off all add on's still crashing this is what is coming up

This application has encountered a critical error error#132 (0x850084) fatal exception program:c\programfiles\world of warcraft\wow.exe process id 4168 exception 0xc000005(access_violation at 001b: 04a94ec5 the instruction at"0x04a94ecs"referenced memory at "0x00000000" the memory could not be "read"


that is all that is coming up it is coming up when I try to log in
 
do you have eslwire installed on your machine
 
After looking that up I do not believe I have that installed all i do on this computer is play wow and see
no reason I should have that installed
 
upload here the wow crash txt report (edit out char name)

disable the plugins

and clear wow cache
 
wow is still crashing you said turn off my add on's and delete cache I did that I even deleted the folder and all my add ons still not working will not let me get in hb before it crash wow completely. Please some one help me this is very aggravating at this point thank you for all the help

could be your video card drivers, do you know the last time you updated them? definately give that a shot.
and do windows updates, since chances are you need to do them anyway.
