Crashing starting a game/during a game.

I've suffered crashes running many different profiles over the past week or so: rift profiles, bounty profiles, keywarden, etc.

I've just done a fresh install of Demonbuddy with fresh Trinity/Questtools as well as up-to-date profiles and it's still crashing as soon as I hit the Start button.
