Not a good business plan to continue to collect money for a service you cannot provide atm.
Can you sticky a thread saying there's updates going on or something? Or atleast close the bot and say, we're updating, hang tight, no error out close.
I think this stuff is customer support 101 and you already have multiple other bots out, should be obvious.
