Crashing after starting up

When i try to run the program it instant crashes and wont work, please help.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Thank you for the reply but i tried everything you said except for the m visual c++ 2012 because i cant find it anywhere on my computer. But after i run the wizard it tells me that i already got it installed. (I'm sorry but i don't know much about computers), could you tell me where i can find these files?

just uninstall what you found on that list and proceed to the next step
