crashes on logon

hey there guys had a friend who has had the bot a while, finally talked me into getting it. I have followed the step by step instructions on both my laptop and my desktop and cannot get the bot to load, i get to the login screen, put in my key, it does a few things, then i get a microsoft error message saying an error occured and the bot was forced to close. any help!!???

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
