Crashes game on game start

I'm opening the game via the launcher. I'm running the beta version as admin, setup like I normally do. I have everything installed, all the .net, C++, ect. It starts normal, loads fine, but the second it goes to actually make the game, it crashes to Blizzards crash screen. Any ideas?
