Crashes after zone switch

I have some problems with my vm's and even my laptop, as soon as i switched zones and then try to get back to char selection path of exile crashes.
i tried pretty much everything i could think of.
the VM got many different setups, win7 installs and different hardware settings,
it just crashed again with 8gig ram and 3gig vram and 8 cores...
same problem with vmware 7.xx and 11.xx

does somebody else have the same problems ?
or got a tipp for me ?

Issued this bug with my VMs aswell, tho I kept running like this and the problem magically disappeared... is your windows updated?
Cloning a VM without this bug seems to fix the issues for new VMs, the bug never happened...
I guess you're talking about the mapchunk error?

My POE client(s) is crashing all the time, but i think it is a problem with my SSD i made a system clone couple a months ago and since then im having some strange BSOD`s and other crappy errors most of them graphic card related. Dont have time to reinstall whole system too busy doing nothing , but i`ve found solution TeamViewer saves a lot of my time and nerves

well i finaly found out the problem :-/
i have to use the poe start parameter gc (garbage collector) , because i need to keep the char selction in the ram else wise it will crash if i go back to it,
--gc 2 wont work because :
char selec is first instance to keep (i didnt even know that, found it out while testing) and town you spawn in is the second instance when i go in a third zone he kicks out the char selction out of the ram and poe stops working if i try to go back to the selection
and well --gc 3 is the thing i need if i only farm one zone and else wise --gc 100 or so would work for maps and such.
without --gc he will crash even form the first zone... and the system was fully updated win7 64bit with 8gig

just writing it down if someone else has some problems with it.
