Crash! - windows 8? mayhbe

I have been running bots a while now and found most of my problems allready solved on the forums. But i just got windows 8 on my pc and now whenever i start demonbuddy d3 crashes log uploaded here

Ps. Even though log says windows 7 its the prerelease of win 8
