Crash upon startup

Hello. Downloaded Hearthbuddy today. However; Whenever I launch the program It immediately becomes unresponsive and crashes.
Uninstalled and reinstalled all .net and C++ framework to no avail

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Can't find .net Framework 4 Client Profile or
.Net Framework extended anywhere on machine.
Uninstalled microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
Uninstalled microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable
Restarted PC.
Ran the BuddyWizard as Administrator

Ran Windows update

Attempted to run HB
