Crash on startup

When I start up Honorbuddy on my wife's laptop I get the error "Could not load file or assembly 'Tripper.Tools, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral"
It works fine on my PC though. Any ideas?

make sure all Hb files are under the same folder and do not use any shortcuts for Hb exe
