Crash on startup and cannot find the solution. SNIFF

Hi guys,

I bought a 3 day trial (and already 1 gone... sniff) without any success to launch hearthbuddy.

I am running Windows 10 in Parallel Desktop (on my Mac book pro) everything starts, I entered my key and each time after that it crashed.
I ran it as Admin, Same issue.
I ran it with Hearthstone open and close, same issue.
And I think Buddy wizard is not anymore available.

(PS: I ran it under Windows 7 and Windows Xp, both under parallel desktop ---> Same)

I looked it up on the forums but I cannot delete Visual c++ or .net or anything as Parallel desktop is installing a package for window to run smoothly; I cannot choose what to install or not.

Any ideas then?

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

In Parallel desktp in Mac here is what I get :/

I think microsoft visual c++ is under parallel tools but I cannot extend it to see what is in the package.
