As soon as I login to HB it crashes. Tried multiple times, if I load without the game open it is fine.

Any help?

Delete the settings folder in your HB folder, then start it. Should be fine :)

Did this and installed .net 4.0, but I had this already as I needed it earlier today, now its crashing the client and WoW :(. Gonna try it on my other PC now. Guessing its this new laptop :(. Ill reinstall windows tomorrow and have another go. Thanks for your help :)

Still doing the same, really not sure what could be happening, unless its something to do with laptop hardware. My PC has broken and can't check on there until I get a new Graphics card.

Added new log file from a few minutes ago, still crashing wow after a new install and .net 3.5, 3.5 SP1 and 4.0 installed with C++ 2010 redist installed.

Due to the forum being half down Ill just post it in here:

Realised my error with leaving it on DX11 on new install, all sorted now, thanks!
