Crash During Quest Pickup

Hi,

Wasn't sure if this is a bug and needing to be submitted or a profile issue so thought I would check here first...

What is your toon's class? Death Knight

What is your toon's race? Human

What CC were you using? SimpleDK - DK CC by Fedehat

What profile were you using? [A - Quest] 70-78 [Kick] - ?eta

List any plugins you were using: Buddy Center, Refreshment Detection

What area did the bug occur in? Coldarra, Borean Tundra.

What was your toon's position when the bug occurred (X, Y, Z coordinates)? Approx 33.4, 34.4

What type of bug are you reporting? Crash, quest issue (not 100% sure)

What was the bot's current action? Goal: Picking up Keep the Secret Safe

Explain the bug in as much detail as you can:

The bot moves to pickup the quest then crashes both WoW and HB. Been working fine up to this point and still does the same after a reboot and with a fresh HB install. Log attached.

Note: HB was ignoring the error around "Picking up Last Rites" successfully before this point.

Does it crash on every quest or just the one you mentioned? Try manually accepting it as it might just be a bug in the profile.
 
Yes just this one quest. I've seen it have issues picking them up before but not so much as to crash both HB and WoW.

Thought I would check it out with people before working around it.
 
I don't know for sure but it could be the fact that the quest profile might be designed for the older hb, the best thing to do is to report it to whoever made the quest profile and they can update accordingly. The thing with questing at the moment is you can't really go 100% afk because it's a little buggy.

I've seen HB crash quite a bit with the latest build and once it gets to some specific quests, it will crash every time.
Going back to the previous build works fine, so I highly doubt the profile is out of date.

Same problem there is another topic around + It's reported in the bug tracker
 
I had this with a different quest. "Gurtah's Request" off the top of my head (at work atm). I wasn't sure if it was the picking up of the quest, or as soon as it picked it up and needed to work out the objective.
 
its a known issue

will be fixed on next release
