crash after start

my db crash after press login button i can't post logs because it only show "logging in..."

i followed the guide and used the wizard as administrator but still doesn't work...


pls help me T.T

Do you have Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 and 2010 installed?
And delete that old YAR plugin in the Plugins folder if you had one.

yes i have all installed and is my first installation

but i see others posts with the same problem maybe they will fix it?

Same problem here test on 2 pc crash on login latest build 323 fresh instrall

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

download a clean install of DB
run diablo3 and demonbuddy as administrator.
