CR wont load from buddy store after purchase of new key

Hi,

I obtained a new key from the store but did not use the same e-mail as my last key, and now I dont have any of the items I have purchased from the HB store. I can provide more information such as e-mail addresses in a private conversation.

Edit: when i say any items i mean Bot base (enyo), as well as many CRs
